Dr. Yahra ZAMZAM
Chair
Dr. ZAMZAM is the CoFounder & Chair of FoundR. She has worked for over 10 years in the healthcare sector across its different managerial functions. Throughout her work experience, she conducted several projects to improve patient experience, improve hospital operations, improve the revenue cycle, improve medical outcomes and improve the decision-making tools at a hospital and corporate level. Working at a JCI accredited hospital group has raised the bar of standards of those projects and has made her able to rollout her projects to the rest of the hospitals. Being part of the top management, she contributed to identifying the strategic direction of the leading hospital group in Egypt as well as contributing to improving the national healthcare sector with the Ministry of Health’s new insurance plan.
At Dar Al Fouad Hospitals, Dr. ZAMZAM was Business Excellence Manager & Acting CMO at both hospitals. She has successfully engaged physicians in the healthcare business as well as hospital operation for the best outcome for all: patients, hospital, physicians and insurance companies.
Dr. ZAMZAM is holding a DBA healthcare management & leadership from the CIU, Masters of internal medicine from Ain Shams University and, Hospital management diploma from the AUC.
Dr. Hussein EL-ASHMAWI

Dr. EL-ASHMAWI, Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery, Cairo University, 1994, M.Sc. Pediatrics, faculty of Medicine & Surgery, Cairo University, 2003, Healthcare & Hospital Management Diploma, American University in Cairo, 2007. Finalizing Master of Business Administration, Royal British collage, London UK.
25 years of experience in the field of Human Capital management in national & multinational organizations, in the country & the region; including, but not limited to ABB, Carrefour, Arabian Cement Company.
The former Human Resources Director of Alameda Healthcare group (Dar Al Fouad hospitals & As Salam International Hospitals), one of the leading healthcare providers in the region.
He has renowned experience in people management, culture change management, Talent development & performance management.
Dr. Amr KORAYEM
Partner – Supply Chain Director
Dr. KORAYEM is senior consultant who is specialized in improving healthcare supply chain and cost module. he has been in progressively advanced positions in health care ranging from a chief pharmacist to a Supply Chain Executive Director. Endowed with both strategic and operational thinking, in addition to his rich experience in healthcare supply chain management field,
Dr. Amr is effectively creating and managing supply plans for immanent health care provider at MENA region
Dr. KORAYEM has over 21 years of experience in health care management and leadership. Dr. Amr holds B.Sc. in pharmaceutical science from Tanta University; and MBA from Arab Academy for Science and Technology in Alexandria -Egypt.
Dr. Ehsan GABER
Partner – Nursing Director
Dr. GABER is the former Group Chief Nursing Officer at Saudi German hospital group.
She has over 25 years of experience in nursing administration. She holds the Ph.D. in nursing administration from Assiut University. She also worked with UNICEF on different projects, she was the clinical coordinator for the hope project and the community development program for upper Egypt, also responsible for breastfeeding program in Assuit University Hospital with UNICEF. Participated in EMOC program in Assuit University (Ministry of Health and UNICEF).
Health Consultant for GTZ Program. In addition she was the administrator of Assiut university hospital being responsible for 1600 beds and 600 nurses.
During her time at Saudi German Hospital Jeddah she was a chairman of the task force team and helped the hospital get accredited from JCI and CBAHI 6 times. She also acted as a mock surveyor for other SGH branches in the kingdom. She held multiple nursing training in SGH and at different hospitals in the gulf area.
Dr. Shereen METWALLY
Partner – T & D Director
The T&D Consultant, Dr. Shereen METWALY, has been working for over 10 years in the field of healthcare management and quality training. She has developed curricula and has been Instructor in the most eminent universities in Egypt including the American University in Cairo, the Arab Academy for Science Technology & Maritime, Modern University for Technology & Information, among others. Her consultancy experience in management, quality and accreditation at top notch hospitals healthcare facilities has given her training a distinguished taste with real examples and applications.
Dr. METWALY has a vast experience in nation-wide projects, as she was also Business Development and IGR Project Consultant at the Presidential Egyptian Women Health Initiative.
Her clinical background in physical medicine, women’s health and sexual rehab have also given her an edge being successful Clinician, Instructor and Manager
Mr. Tamer ELHEFNAWY
Partner – HR Consultant
The HR Consultant, Mr. Tamer Elhefnawy, has been working in the healthcare field
for 10 years. He developed the HR System of 57357 hospital in addition to working in other multiple hospitals in both Egypt and
KSA.
With vast and solid experience in human resources management, Mr. Tamer has over 20 years of experience working in huge
and multicultural companies like Enser, Egyptian Steel, Groupe Atlantic, among others.
Mr. Elhefnawy has effectively developed various HR functions in companies like Operations, Recruitment, Compensations and
benefits…etc.
Dr. Ehab ABDELHADY
Partner – Finance Consultant
Dr. ABDELHADY is an experienced and knowledgeable financial Consultant, Professional instructor & Business Mentor, Finance Transformation, DBA, MBA lecturer, Finance Edupreneur. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (English Section), and has also been a Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP, and he is a Certified Healthcare Financial Management Professional CHFP, he
acquired the MBA degree 2015 & DBA 2021.
Currently is holding a CFO for Alkhorayef Group, the Group which enjoys a worldwide presence, operates in more than 40 countries representing renowned quality products and manufacturers.
Dr. ABDELHADY has worked with a variety of clients, from individuals to businesses as Instructor, He is knowledgeable in a variety of financial topics with more than 500 training credit hours, including investment planning, retirement planning, tax planning, financial wealth, financial metrics, one of the aspects I love most is educating others on how to maximize their finances.
Dr. ABDELHADY, for 20 years has been working with different well-reputed organizations & entities in many diversified financial scopes to elevate the profit margin, ROI, market shares & Financial wealth, Over the past 5 years, as a financial Mentor, he has worked with more than 25 clients to help them choose, invest, and manage plans that will offer safe investments and excellent returns.

Dr. Shaimaa ALI

Dr. ALI graduated from Misr University for Science and Technology, faculty of dentistry, 2007. She obtained her Masters degree from
Ain Shams university. With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry Dr. ALI started as a Claims Auditor at Andalusia hospital in Jeddah, KSA then shifted to Business Development at Nextcare Allianz in 2017. She has been handling local as well as global accounts and has a very informative insight on the dynamics of the insurance industry in Egypt & the Middle East.
Her experience in TPA companies in MEA region has enabled her to figure out the best deals for a win-win agreement between hospitals, insurance companies & patients.
